What to expect during your appointment

When you arrive at the salon, you’ll be greeted by reception to check in for your appointment. You can sit in the lounge or shop the boutique until the appointment starts.

Once you’re in my chair you can expect:

  • Arguably the most important part of the service so let’s make sure we are on the same page and i understand what you want.

  • I love getting to know my clients and chatting but i also am totally comfortable with letting you relax and having a quiet appointment. Always feel free to work, read, be on your phone, take a nap

  • While i work as efficiently as possible, i dont rush through my appointments or double book. Service times are fairly accurate on my booking page, so it is important to choose the correct services and add-ons while booking.

  • The salon is equipped with L’Oréal and Kerastase backbar and retail for take home products.

Hair Aftercare + Maintainence

The most common question i get asked is “what products should I use at home?”

I always recommend using salon-quality professional products to maintain your hair at home. I have a whole section on my website dedicated to product recommendations here.

  • Lived-in color refers to intentionally placed highlights or lowlights that grow out softer than traditional highlights or color.

    Instead of seeing a harsh line of demarcation after a few weeks, lived-in color should appear more blended in with your natural color, allowing you to stretch the time between appointments.

    But keep in mind: It’s lower maintenance, but not zero maintenance. You’ll still want to get your color touched up every 12-16 weeks and use high quality products at home to keep your hair looking its best year round.

    I use a combination of modern balayage techniques to give you the best blend, whether you want an impactful blonde or more subtle dimension through your ends.
